Our soft-neck Flinders Italian Late garlic is a kitchen staple. It’s organic, has a shelf life of 6-9 months from harvest and can be used in a wide array of dishes. Spicy when eaten raw and deliciously nutty when cooked. Fresh garlic is available from late January once fully cured.

Garlic is sold in 500g and 1kg reusable produce bags.
