PUTTING THE FARM TO BED & PREPARING FOR SPRING
After a crazy summer season launching our first ever sunflower pick your own, it’s time to turn our attention back to garlic planting and getting the thousands of spring flowers in the ground.
we’re sowing our biggest area of cover crops to date, collecting autumn leaves for compost, getting plants in the ground and also planting a bunch of trees around the farm. These are all ways in which we’re working towards meeting our regeneration goals.
So while we’ll have some flowers available during winter, mainly through our retail outlets, it’s time for the farm and all of us to rest.
